They showed a picture stating, "The photo below is from our warehouse and of the actual item we will be shipping you!" but they sent something entirely different.

Further, the video quality is the absolute worst I have EVER received. Ever! It is grainy with blotches--large pixels. Horrible! I wasted money. They have dishonest business practices.

Their chat option showed, but no one responded and I doubt that they will post my comment on their site.
