Signed up with blossman in 2018 and signed a tank rental agreement. This year was billed $70+ in addition to $70+ tank rental fee For not using enough gas! I told them this wasn’t in the agreement. They replied that they updated their "policies” and added the fee last year. Apparently when you sign Up you agree that they can change terms without notifying you, including adding random fees to your account and they dont have to notify you or tell you about them.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Ended up costing $150/ year to rent a tank from them And then they charge $60 to pickup if you don’t like random fees being racked on without notice or otherwise disconnect service. No actual utility would get away with this.
