This is Kyle Roemer responding to the false statement. While the Roemer Family Office does engage in investments with individuals we have never worked with an individual by the name of Cecil. We today are active with investments from New York, Hong Kong and London. I do wish the real name would have been posted as we could have addressed that specifically but unfortunately it was not. The Roemer Family Office is more than happy to work with this and work out whoever is disgruntled. If anyone would like to call me please feel free at 347-544-0155.

If someone GUARANTEES any return on an investment, they are a scammer. Period, full stop, end of sentence. The rate of return on a nearly risk-free investment is around 4%, and you don't need to go to some scammer for othat, just buy a Treasury bond. Even professionals like Warren Buffett don't achieve much more than maybe a 20% annual return -- on average (some years they lose a lot of money). If someone could consistently achieve 50% returns, they would be relaxing on their private island, not hawking their "services" to small-time investors.
