I requested the 30 day refund four times. The 30 day return policy is clearly stated on their website. Twice, I gave them my purchase details to help expedite my request. They did not acknowledge my request even though I asked for my refund within the 30 days of purchase.

When doing this report I discovered that this company claims a California business address, however shows a map with a Florida address. Be warry!
