Brainway - Double Charged me and won't give any refund Internet

I signed up for one app to have it billed once and however their policy is worded, it allows them to charge me twice which they did.  I contacted the company and told them I only ordered one app and they basically said too bad. 

I canceled the subscription and contacted paypal and paypal sided with them for some reason.  I spoke to a rep there once who could barely understand English and she put in for a refund for everything and paypal wouldn't give me back a dime and closed their file.
