Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Bright Lending preys on the desperate. They leave out details of your loan. I called to pay off my loan today and they told me the monthly payment was already in process and I couldnt, even though it is not even to the due date yet. I admit I have gotten myself into my financial mess but please understand Bright Lending is not here to help. APR over 500%. Nothing I write here is going to change what they do to people in need.
I am a current customer and I totally understand how we can get ourselves into desperate situations trying to raise kids by ourselves etc. This business is bad and they have no interest in helping.

The help I was speaking to was clear presentation of the terms. These are done over the phone and it was never detailed to me that I would be charged twice monthly until after our agreement and I read it.
Secondly, I called to pay my loan off before the due date and was told I have to do that 2 or 3 days in advance of the due date. Its ridiculous and designed to get more of my money. That also was never detailed or told to me.
So, they are taking 300 out again before I make my payoff, and noone would/could help me. What a scam!!
Thats what " Us people " are talking about. This business is terrible what they do and I should never have gotten involved. My hope is that people will read this and maybe go elsewhere

Why is it you people think the lender is there to "help” you? Help you do what? Skip payments? This is a BUSINESS as you, yourself have stated. They are NOT a charity, your mother or your clergyman. It is up to YOU to fully understand the Terms and Conditions which YOU AGREED TO before YOU AGREE TO THEM!
