I ordered an unscented shampoo bar and and an unscented conditioner bar from this company on February 4th, 2021. They sent me a confirmation email but never sent the products. They said they would notify me when the product was shipped and that email never arrived.

They do not respond to email inquiries about a refund and other reviews posted of this business (BBB.org) show that other customers have been treated the same way, and that their customer help number does not answer. I am out $60 and will be disputing the charge with my bank, and advising my dermatologist to not list them anymore as a reputable company.
