Booked an appt with hair stylist, she requires a $50.00 deposit. Once deposit was placed, I attempted to make contact for 2 weeks straight to confirm payment/appt and have questions answered. With no contact whatsoever or responses from her, I decided to cancel and use a different stylist. I requested deposit and it wasnt until then she wrote back saying NO REFUNDS! This was in NO way my fault.
