Leandre Burnett is selling property in Chicago that he doesn't own nor have the legal authorization to sell. He is forging deceased people's names on deeds and working with a notary to notarize signatures in order to obtain illegal right to obtain property deceptively. He takes money from people based on fraud and doesn't deliver. He is illegally selling properties from the Cook County Land Bank and taking people money based on fraud and deceptive theft.

I am the owner of Burnett Investment Group LLC and I have been a real estate professional for over 24 years in various capacities. Regarding this specific transaction, I purchased a property 4515 W Washington in Chicago from the legal Owner of Record Joseph J Fadjich.nThis deed was executed on 04/18/2022 and recorded on 06/02/2022 under Doc#2215319031 on the Cook County Recorder of Deeds website. Mr. Fadjich was alive at the time of my purchase transaction and lived in Maricopa County in Arizona and he got his deed notarized himself and I had nothing to do with that process.
As previosly stated I am a wholesaler, and I sold the property under Doc#2215319032 on 06/02/2022. I, as well as the buyer, both had seperate attorneys representing us in this transaction and we had a title report reflecting what was currently filed against the property. The buyer elected to purchase the property via quit claim deed for cash and declined title insurance. This was a requirement from the buyer side in order to facilitate the transaction.
Unbeknownst to all parties involved, including me, the buyer, both attorneys, and the title company, Cook County Land Bank had a deed that was executed, but not recorded as referenced under Doc#2223857053. The deed was recorded 08/26/2022, two months after the completion of out transaction.
After this information came to light, The buyer from this transaction was fully refunded all funds he gave to me, as well as funds paid to obtain City of Chicago permits.
I do understand the frustration from the buyer, but I was unaware that the Owner of Record Joseph Fadjich did not own the property at the time I purchased it from him becausee Cook County Land Bank did not record their deed during the time of our transaction.
Once again, all funds were paid back to the buyer and they were made whole.

This report is erroneously reported against me. I have not taken anyone's money and sold any real estate that I was not authorized to sell or didn't properly own.
I demand you show any proof that this has happened to any one by me. In the report you said I am selling properties from Cook County Land Bank and then deceased people's properties. Neither of this has happened.
I demand this website take this down.
