Failed to deliver the order, took 6 months, i had to refund and they are not refunding money back.. They also lied about having refunded. Simply making excuses. This company has lied alot

This company is notorious for not fulfilling their orders. They ensure that waiting queues are long enough so the customers couldn't avail the 120day chargeback. Also they push the deliveries far ahead into months and even a year because they don't actually have any stock. When customers want their money back, they would find excuses for not returning the money.
Despite having card details at time of purchase they would insist you give them the bank details. The customer service has no idea whats going on, seems like they are just there for the sake of being present, and delayed responses with poor communication and copy paste texts are a no surprise. Avoid this company please. Twitter and linked in are swarming with comments of angry customers. This company is taking none of them seriously.
Who ever has been affected by their scam, please report to the US regulators. They will fix them up.
