Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
1. They turned the sample purchase into a subscription without posting it.
2. Made false claims as to what it would do. I have used CBD products that have worked on muscular pain. This one did nothing!
3. When called to cancel and return the unrequested order, they refused to provide an address to return the product to.
4. Said they would have a manager return my call the next day. And didn't call.
5. When I called back, said they would connect me to a manager, put me on hold, never came back.
