This company is TERRIBLE. I placed an order and when it was recieved it was completly damaged and the candy was melted. I contacted Fernando at the company in an attempt to resolve this matter. I jumped through hoops to provide him with all the information he requested. Once this was done I was told my case was closed with no refund or replacement. Buyers beware, do your research. There are many other vendors out there that have excellent customer service and do not have these problems. Numerous sites show this is a trend with this company and consumers are upset.
