Carine Rwabukmba falsified a rental application, did not pay the rent, we have a Judgement on this person for $35,000, court signed. Washington

This person completed an applicaton for a rental. She moved in and did not pay any rent. It was hard to get her to move out. we went to court, and the court ordered her to pay back $35,000. She has skipped town, her business is closed, all the phone numbers are no good. She rented a home, she and has moved out of there also, and no one knows where she is. We believe she is from Africa and has Benefit Letter that gives here quite amount of money each month. I believe she scammed the government also. Any information from her or about her would be greatly apreciated.
