Beware of deceptive practices by a realtor involved in leasing an office Pembroke Pines FL 33076, on behalf of Carlos Caicedo and the landlord, JAVIER KRAUSSE VVS LLC.
Despite returning the office in pristine condition, we were hit with unjustified charges and hidden fees after the lease ended. These fees, undisclosed prior, were allegedly for upgrades for the next tenant, aiming to withhold our deposit.
Steer clear of any real estate transactions involving JAVIER KRAUSSE VVS LLC and Carlos Caicedo to avoid potential scams.

If these fees were "hidden", how did you find them???? No, you don't have FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE to READ what you are agreeing to, BEFORE agreeing to it! FACT!
