I bought a picture on canvas of my dog Murphy. It arrived with a smashed frame. Over the course of a month, they finally agreed to send me another and I could pay an extra $19.95 to upgrade the frame "so it would not get damaged in shipping." Stupidly, I did that. The 2nd picture arrived with the frame smashed exactly the same as the first. I contacted the company again for a full refund. It was clear to me that their shipping process would not get better. All they would do is refund me the $19.95 that they forced me to pay for the 2nd print. Avoid this company.
