They are misusing FEMA funds to commit sex trafficking by using females that call 211 Los Angeles or United Way, for the winter augmented shelter program. They send numerous men to knock on the door, if she refused, the manager tells 211 to end their stay.

This should be an easy investigation for FBI and DOJ. The manager needs to join Todd and Julie Chrisley in Federal custody.
