Casetabs Gavin Fabian Accepted or money, didn’t deliver Santa Monica CA

They provide a service that seems interesting, yet is in fact available by others for free.   We tried their service which was full of bugs, and once described to management, they denied us any kind of refund, even partial, against services previously funded.  

Knowing what we know now, I would never accept a service from a vendor like this absent specific performance guarantees prior to signing contract.   Running a private practice is simply too hard and expensive to risk dealing with companies founded by a CEO who’s education is based on a non-accredited religious university.
