I have been applying for a short term installment loan. I received an email from a Douglas Price rfepresenting CashNet214 with an offer of an approved application. Should have known it was fake when I couldn't return the phone call to him and that the email came from a gmail account. Once I spoke to them, they wanted me to pay $100 for PPI (Disabiliy Insurance) before the funds of the loan would be released. I was desparate and actually called upon a friend to loan me the money in order to get the loan. When I told them I had the funds, they told me to buy an Apple ITunes Card to use for payment. Told them I would use my bank card and they told me to forget the loan.
My silver lining was shattered. Hopefully this helps others not be scammed by these bozos.
