I hired Channing for a designing job. He took almost 6 months and charged me more than $20,000. The design he showed me is not what was done to my home. He was always unavailable. The men on site were just as lazy as him.

Channing Smith comes off as charismatic and knowledgeable but is a total hack. I would never hire this architect again. I was better off with a general contractor who would have actually got the job done and charged me way less. Way less stress.
