Scummy company. I had a 12 month contract which I completed. I ended my service due to excessively high bill increases. My monthly billing cycle started on the 21st, I canceled on the 23rd and they're charging me the entire month. Refusing to prorate that month's bill.
No other company has ever done this to me. Incredible.

You have absolutely no rebuttal to what I said and you know it!

What a strange thing to do... come on ripoffreports to spend time misreading or misinterpreting people's complaints, and adding useless, misleading comments. Your behavior is that of a troll, a bot, or a low intelligence person who is poorly spending their time.

What you are admitting is YOU failed to pay the bill causing a past due balance. You cannot cancel service with a past due balance. Canceling does not make the PDB vanish. You pay the PDB and then you cancel. Secondly, there is no "cable tv meter" on your house.
You are not billed based on usage like the power company! It is a subscription service which means as long as service is being supplied, you are billed for it whether or not you use it. This is STANDARD for all the cable companies and no, I don't work for them.
