"Stu"  or Stu Hill of Chemdigital represents to clients that for $400 dollars up front and a 100 per transaction fee, recruit agents for broker. Sounds almost too good to be true...Guess what..Crickets, So once you pay the $400 thats the end of it. Try to get your money back...put on your running shoes and get ready. This is a scam, and he carries it all the way, so you will be dealing with the same California Blameless entitled mindset of, if he calls himself a marketing company then he is.......not.
