On May 1, 2025 this company advertised a Northface backpack through Dicks Sporting Goods for $11.95. I ordered one, they charged my credit card and I never received any information via email or text regarding receiving the item or them shipping the item.

I have no way to contact them it has been one month and they have had my money and I have never received anything from them
