Taking money off when I have my statement to prove when I spent money and how much. Which was in April, I’m now at -60 bucks because Of them. And they are trying to blame me for it.. I have proof of what was loaded and spent.. I haven't been able to order anything because of this pending transaction crap and now probably won't because they keep taking money off that isn't even there, it should be tho for one because I know what I have spent

Missing Vital Info

You provided only 5 days of transactions. You also conveniently omitted the balance column so we can’t see if you had a positive balance prior to the $1000 deposit. Did your balance become -$60 after April 30th? Your proof would need to include balance information for the period before April 25th and after April 30th.

Your are leaving key things out of your report. But just based on what you did post..you did overdraw your account.
Your balance on 4/30 was $178.28. The next screenshot you have shows purchsases totalling $191.77 which is $13.49 OVERDRAWN based on the April balance. The additional negative may be pending transactions, or you are likely leaving out additional purchases and had no additional deposits. So they are right, it appears that your account mismanagement caused this.
I am not even going to get into detail about your spending habbit, but for someone who seems to be bouncing around a low balance you may want to think about what you are buying if you are spending over $500 a week on Amazon in multiple transactions.
