Denver Path House. Located at 2601 S. Kingston Ct. Aurora, CO  80014. This house used to be a good place to live. But during the summer of 2021, the landlord by the name of Chris Monroe had rented rooms to some ex cons. They had taken $140 in groceries that I had in a fridge. I asked nicely for them to be returned and was told to go to hell. I had 2 kitchen appliances taken also  Chis was told and ignored it.

Some of the new tenants had been threatening to other individuals in the house. A threat was made to an individual right on the group text in early 2022, Chris had ignored it.

I have seen Chris illegally enter 3 rooms at different times. One of them had reported a large amount of cash missing soon after.

At one point I received a note on my door mentioning a camera in the bathroom and Chris wanting footage of me in there. I didn't believe it until I got 2 other notes mentioning specific things I was doing in the bathroom. I spread word that I would call police immediately if I found any cams. I was touched inappropriately by Chris one time.

 I was denied access to important mail that I know was delivered.

There is also a health hazard. The place is infested with mice. I had trapped many. But still found piles of droppings in corners. I had many bad sinus infections. Some items in my closet were destroyed by mice. Chris had ignored those concerns also.
