Chris Sloan is a total con artist. A total rip off, DO NOT TRUST OR USE HIM FOR ANY WORK .

Here is how he works.  He does the first repair on a house, completes the job. Then he waits for another job, when you request the second home repair he asks for a deposit. Once he has the deposit he doesnt perform the work, he keeps the money.  No work is done and no refund is given.

He repaired a fence for me once, it was the first job , for which i paid him for this his first job. 

Then i had another fence that needed repairing, he asked for a 50 percent deposit to buy the materials need to to work on the second fence. I paid him the deposit, he did not peform the repair and he didnt return the money.  What he did do is string  me on, stating he would do the repair later, these delays  were done for 60 days. He makes up excuses, like he is short on people or it rained so he is behind on his other jobs.  Other excuses are that his workers do not come to work so he is short handed.  Lieing and making up excuses in the hopes that you forget about the original job. 

After the 60 days of not perforing the job, i asked for a refund of the deposit. Then every week he makes up an excuse why he cant give the money back and he will give it back the next week.  this has been going on for another 60 days. IN THE END HE KEPT THE MONEY AND DID NOTHING. 

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME WITH CHRIS SLOAN THE MAKE BELIEVE HOME CONTRACTOR, TAKE YOUR MONEY  ELSE WHERE.   ITS NOT  WORTH YOUR TIME OR EFFORT TO DEAL WITH THIS PERSON. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!
