Christian DeCristofaro convinced me to pay him upfront full amount for tub/drain installation and promised to complete ASAP within 3 days. It has been about 5 weeks so far that he is not showing up and keeps lying to me ( via text) that his helper is starting or started or completed but nothing is done or even started. This caused failed inspections with city and entire re-hab project is stalled, causing hardship, fines and penalties.
