CitiMortgage Inc. Cenlar Central Administrating and Reporting Wrongful Foreclosure

CitiMortgage, Inc, conducted a Wrongful Foreclosure in 2017.  I applied  for mortgage assistance, through modification.  I had a FHA loan, which constitued violations of Department of Housing and Urban Development Regulations.  They refused to assistane  struggling homeowners by avoiding to meet with the stuggling homeowners face-to-face.  This is a reqirement by HUD, failing to comply with regulations is a Breach of Contract. 

CitiMortgage, Inc,  violates RESPA and FDCPA.  CitiMortgage, Inc, acquired my loan from First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation Bank, N. A. in 2003. My deeds/note states it does not authorize acceleration with out approval from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. CitiMortgage, Inc, did not have  authority to foreclose nor did their lawyers have authority to  an Ejectment suit in Alabama.  An Ejectment for homeowners are not legal action.

It is also a violation of homeowners civil rights.  Courts are allowing mortgage servicers to take your land, when they dont have authority.  It is time for all homeowners to wake up and fight back these unlawful mortgage companies/servicers.  Stop letting them take our homes we have worked so hard for, nor let they take away our dream of owning a peice of the American Dream, that we are entitled to.  Homeownership Matters. This mortgage company was so unfair to, to work with.
