We ordered Christmas Decorations for our Annual Family Christmas Party from an On-line site called Citizenuell.com at the end of Oct. 2021, My frequent inquiries to them about shipping status were responded to with short responses about being patient, after charging our Credit Card they shut down their Website and I cannot get any update on shipping.

It is now December 27, way past when I needed these Decorations, I have demanded Cancellation of my order only to get a response, once again, about being Patient?, I have no more Patience, I want cancellation of my order and FULL refund. This looks more and more like a Scam from a Criminal organization...
