Claire Raftery (Realtor – License #182137) is trying to steal $6,500 that was put up as earnest money for a condo property in Las Vegas, NV. The purchase of the property was contingent on the buyer obtaining suitable financing. Suitable financing was never obtained resulting in the call to cancel the contract.
Claire Raftery refuses to sign the cancellation because she feels that if she holds out she will be able to keep the earnest money when it is not due to her. This demonstrates her cunning in effort to steal funds from potential buyers and proves any untruthfulness in her abilities as a realtor.
