CLASSYWIG Shipped me a used wig.
I ordered a curly wig with a headband on 09/16/2020. It was a video of the wig online; the wig looked very nice. I received it on 10/14/2020. When I took the wig out of the bag it looked nothing like the video. It looked used and was very, very frizzy.
I contacted them the same day to let them know that I was very disappointed with the wig and what the problem was, and that I would like to return it for a refund. I also asked for a return label. I even sent them pictures. We have exchanged several emails leading up to today, and I still haven't been refunded. I would like to be refunded.
