i heard that he moved to pompano beach, florida. i dont know if thats true according to his facebook page but im keeping tabs an this guy cause he is still scamming ppl out of their money. another address if you want to put a lein:

Very interesting - this man seems to go by both names ! Total fraud and scammer. Quoted a job for me - took the dpeosit and then NEVER did the work. Many excuses but NO work and NO Refund! 

i am not the first person he ha done this to. i have found 4 other ppl. he posts his ad takes your money with no intention of doing the work.i went online and found every where that he advertize and gave a review. he was forced into giving the refund thru paypal. it was his fault why the bldg fell into disrepair.

look at the timing of his rebuttal. he is now scorned that paypal took the money back so now he is reaching. i reported him to facebook cause thats where i met him.he has no grounds to stand on. i have all my paper work and i have photos of this loser.

 This customer had serious problems with a rental property in Canton, Ohio. She was put on notice with the City of Cantons building department and given 14 days to correct. We contacted the building department and made arrangements to timely correct the noted violations.

The problem went way beyond and simple repair. The property was rented but should of been commended at this stage of disrepair. The entire deposit was refunded IN FULL through my PayPal account.

This is a prime example of a slum lord trying to collect rent from a dangerous property. Thank the Canton Building Department for not overlooking these situations.
