I found this company through a Twitter ad (yeah, I know, never again), but the website seemed legit so I ordered the product. My credit card was charged, I received and email saying they have finished processing my order... but no tracking info. I actually forgot about it for a couple weeks but then realised it had been over two weeks, I hadn't received the product, and never was sent tracking info. I emailed them for an update and requested tracking info, and received no response. I tried emailing one more time and they never responded. I am now in the process of a dispute investigation with my credit card company.
This is a completely fraudulent company.

After filing a dispute with my credit card, someone from the company finally got in touch with me and said they basically lost or forgot to ship my order. I did get refunded and they even went ahead and still sent me the product. Now I’m trying to decide if I feel safe using it.
