I placed an order for a purse with Clothestec on May 27, 2021. I paid extra for "fast" shipping, but they still have not shipped my order.

In one of the few email responses I received, they told me to be patient in an email, and now are refusing to respond to emails or Facebook messages. I have filed a dispute with my bank in order to have the charges refunded to my credit card.
