Moving company Sales reg Eric Kramer commited to having my fathers furniture the day of his closing (May 24th), a week later we still have no date of delivery or a commitment to deliver. I have called, texted and emailed sales rep with now answers. Customer service gives not commitment and will not commite to deliverary date. Follow on call, next level manager same no commitment of delivery or estimate provided, they have had his furniture for a week and nothing!!!!!
