Purchased one bottle of CBD gummies, but was sent 6 bottles.  I called the company and was told I needed to wait 60 days in order to get what the company called an RMA number to return the product.  After waiting 60 days they don't answer their phone, they just have a message that there will be long wait times as employees are working from home.

My credit card, (AT&T Universal mastercard) was charged 225.00.  The credit card company paid Complete Supplements against my objection including sending them a letter of objection.

I feel I've been scammed

Finally was able to connect with Complete Supplements and was told by Jordan that because I complained to my credit card company I had automatically waived all my rights to returning the product and getting a refund to my credit card.  I can only hope no one else purchases any product from Complete Supplements.
