Allan Rappleyea is the worst lawyer I have ever had! What a bad experience. Does not answer to calls and will only direct you to a rude assistant - Joelle Hayman who yells and hangs up the phone on clients. I lost when it was a VERY EASY LEGAL MATTER; then I got countless excuses and blamed for all their negligence!

Stay away unless you want to lose time and money. We will be reporting them to the NY Bar Association and taking other legal action.
