CORNICCHIA ARCHITECT AND PLANNERS IS A RIP OFF. JOE CORNICCHIA SIGNED THE CONTACT, THEN VACATED IS OFFICE AND DISAPPEARED. HE DOESN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS AND 1 TEXT IN 8 MONTHS IS RIDICULOUS. THE TEXT COULD BE SENT BY ANYONE.

AT 74 YEARS OLD, CORNICCHIA HAS LOST HIS SIGHT; MEMORY AND HEARING. NO ONE WORKS FOR HIM AND KIT MIDDLETON (WHO HE SHARED SPACE WITH) SAYS HE OWES HIM MONEY.

SAVE YOUR SANITY. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.
