Court Source Court source 123 Service paid, not completed OCALA FL

Transaction date was 9/7/2021 previous to this transaction I spoke with Rick Weaver on the phone and agreement was made that I only had to pay 299$ for documents to be filed, delivered, and signed by the judge. On 9/22/21 I reach out to find out what is going on with the process, he tells me and I have prove that the documents were almost ready to print and to go out. Now on 10/1/21 I reach out again because I found out the person that the papers had to be served to moved, I provided the new address.

I asked how long will this take now, he said, be patient and that I was not going to be charged an extra fee for what happened. I thanked him, and kept waiting. I reach out again on 11/2/2021 no reply,  reach out on 11/17/2021 no reply, reach out on 11/29/21, no reply. While all this messages were sent, I called many times and a personal assistant told me he was sick. I called every week for almost a month and she kept saying he was sick.

It got to the point were I was tired of the situation and sent him a message on WhatsApp asking for my money back. Two days later he sent me a ridiculous email telling me I had to pay 250$ more due to all the calls I have made to him. It has been 3 months since the papers were filed and not has been done. RICK WEAVER IS A SCAMMER, NO ONE PAY HIM. I went over the contract and everything read it only benefits him, I don’t think even think he opens the case with court.

He just fills out the documents and that’s it. He never opens any case or even delivers the papers.  I have proof of all this. DO NOT TRUST HIM. I am sure he has screwed over many people. Hopefully this helps others. Below is this the email he sent him, after not answering for 3 months and I requested my money back.  He never said it was a "down payment" he told me on the phone that was the full amount.

Your court documents have not been fully paid for in accordance with the terms and conditions set for in your contract for court document preparation services. Therefore, you are not entitled to receive those court documents until the balance along with any additional costs are paid in full.   On or about September 08, 2021 you entered into a written contract with Court Source. You made a down payment of $299.00 to start your case. The base price in the contract is $349.00. This is exclusively for the preparation of the court documents with the information initially provided in the client questionnaire.

Under the terms set forth within the contract you are required to pay this in addition to any and all costs above and beyond the court document preparation. This includes phone calls, emails and text messages beyond 2 in any combination of any communication initiated by you or any third party. This also includes any changes to the original information. In this case you modified the original address after we completed the court documents with the original information. You changed the address of the opposing party. This required us to update the address on all of the documents in your case. This required us to spend another 1.5 hours on your case updating your documents.

In addition, we have received in excess of 30 text messages initiated by you, multiple voice messages and over 20 phone calls. We have consolidated the time spent in communications to .5 hours. Therefore, there is a balance of 2 additional hours  spent on your case at the contractual rate of $85.00 per hour in addition to  the balance of $50.00 on the base cost of your documents.

Your documents will not be released until the full balance of $220.00 is paid.   Sincerely,
