False advertising, refuse to ship out order in the time they said they will, lying about when I will receive my package, refuse to give refund when she didn’t ship out order, waiting for weeks to receive communication and also not responding back and running off with your money not knowing where your item is

 So regarding this review which was a month ago the owner finally reached back to me regarding why I felt the way I did about my experience 3 times, she has admitted that yes she needs better communication with me she has admitted that shipping does get delayed and communication should have been brought to my attention during the waiting period she also has admitted to updating her website due to my review and edit any details regarding when we should receive communication so here I am updating my review that my issues as previous listed with this company is that her communication needs to match what’s listed on the website and that way consumers with any business won’t feel like they have no control on where their package is even though it’s received that does not stop the fact that I had to deal with slow communication left wondering and also no refunds during my process my review is made to help her realize the areas that she admitted to being wrong to after a month later again ,

my review is NOT meant to harm any business I am simply stating my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE with communication and a two delayed delivery issues with no communication quick enough during that time with this company and now everything is resolved so thank you crave experience for finally paying my review attention again and thank you to this site for allowing me to post my freedom of speech regarding my experience with this company other than that there are no other issues I’ve had and the issue is resolved
