 Let’s see if I understand this. You filed for bankruptcy more than once and you came upon this guy who said he would remove them from your credit files but for a fee. I don’t remember if you stated how much you paid this guy, but you did pay him something, right? Time goes on and you find out he didn’t do what he said he would do and surprise, surprise, you can’t reach him! You employed this guy to do what he could not do in order to present to future creditors a clean credit file without evidence of YOUR TRUE CREDIT STATUS, didn’t you?

In other words, YOU WANTED TO DEFRAUD CREDITORS by lying to them and you thought you could pay this guy to alter your real credit reputation! There is no such thing as credit repair. YOUR BAD CREDIT remains there as per rules of the agencies and no amount of YOU trying to COVER UP your reputation so YOU can defraud future creditors into thinking you are something you are not is going to work. YOU were attempting to defraud future creditors and this guy won’t contact you! Poor baby, what a great combination!
