I have tried many times to settle with this collection agency, they want to make sure they get their own added interest in the payoff, which I refuse to do, no way do they deserve over $3,000 in interest when they probably bought my loan for pennies on the dollar! They need to be more accomodating with offers that can work with individual budgets.

Guess what, Einstein????? If YOU would have paid your bills on time and perhaps worked with the original creditor, YOU wouldn't have caused this account to be sent to a collection agency! Isn't THAT an amazing revelation!!!
