Kenneth Nelson, the proprietor, will collect your money via Zelle, not react for half of the time, and never complete the service. There are groups of people who have the same experience. These people count on him to deliver. He cannot; he may have done so in the past, but that time has passed. He will charge arbitrary prices that make no sense in order to take advantage of uninformed consumers.
