Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I bought one of their lighters and after filing with butane, I attempted to adjust the flame and nearly set my hand on fire. I have sent numerous emails (not sure if there is an email as they only have a contact form on their website). No reponse. Also, not mailing address or phone number. Also leaks gas.
