New (to me) Ebay Seller. Wife asked a question about product, received a snarky answer and was immediately blocked. There absolutely no reason for the Seller to be rude. Thankfully, the item in question was offered and purchased through another Seller. Ebay has rules to follow when contacting Sellers. Wife followed them. Absolutely uncalled for to be insulted and blocked for no reason.

Sometimes you can tell a deal will not work out just by the nature of the questions someone is asking. And a seller can lose a lot of money on eBay by selling to a problem buyer. So most likely they just thought your question indicated you were a problem buyer, so they decided to fire you as a customer. Better luck next time. Not a ripoff in any way, shape, or form.
