Thus far they refuse to answer questions through email, they have not given the information required for the trip. They have sent letters stating I am book on 2 different airlines on the same day but neither airline can confirm the reservation!

They tell you to book excursions early but offer no way to book them. Their website offer only bookings for future cruises - no customer service or any way to contact them!
