Basically just as the title said, I bought a $10 elastic exercise band from them, and unfortunately three months later I notice they were charging my card $40 every month for some type of "membership" that I never agreed to and knew nothing about.

I bought a $10 exercise band and then three months later discovered my card was being charged $40 a month. I didn’t recognise this charge or the name of the company on my statement, so I called my credit card company. They provided me their phone number, which I tried to call then but got no answer. After searching the number and all sites associated with this number, I finally discovered it was this company I had bought the exercise band from. They were charging me for some kind of "membership” that I never authorised and knew nothing about. I was livid. I found my original email from them and cancelled this "membership”. But to my surprise, even though I didn’t leave a message, they called me back the next day. I explained the situation and they were kind enough to refund the charges. I’m really appreciative of that.
