In March 2023, I purchased a cosmetic sample from another of Dahlia Commerce's websites, but subsequently cancelled when I discovered that it was on an auto order plan.
About 1-1/2 months later, a charge for $59.95 from Special Sound Buds showed up on my account. I reported the charge as fraudulent to Citi and after their "investigation," they determined the charge was legitimate. The letter provided by the company showed the card and address information, but provided NO shipping information, such as carrier, delivery date, or tracking number.
Based on other reviews on Bizapedia, this is not an isolated incident. I wonder how many times they've gotten away with this type of theft.
