They price gouged for a rapid Antigen Covid Test, charging 2x the MSRP, during a Pandemic no less. I paid an additional 20$ for expedited shipping (2-3 day), and it arrived 10 days later.

When I went to return the item in question, not only would they not refund my shipping costs, but wanted an additonal 18 dollar handling fee, and the costs of shipping back on me. Their customer support was unhelpful at first, and then unresponsive.
