You are not alone.  This scumbag has been at it for years in Florida, then quebec, now Toronto.  The cops know him but say "Did anyone get murdered" and then do nothing.

His scam is to sell stolen trailers and jetskis, or sell jetskis that run for 5 minutes and die, then asks for more money to repair them and never does the work.    He has warrants for his arrest in Florida which is why he can never go back to the usa to his estranged wife.  He tells the same story about being a pro racer with a wife and daughter back in Florida.  The slimebag is slick and his story is well rehearsed.

His shop address is 35 stoffel in Mississauga right near 401 Mini Indy Go carts.  BIg garage door on north east corner.  He drives a black range rover with quebec plates and often a trailer hitch is attached.  Sometimes has access to a white ford f150.  Known associate is Dave, little piece of crap too.   He lives in Mississauga and works out of his house (big double garage).

He lives (under the police radar) at the studio 6 motel on Brittania in Mississauga.  He keeps a lot of boats and skiis there.   The police think he lives on Lakeshore in New Toronto but that's just a UPS post office box that he collects his mail from..  That's why they can't nab him.  Hard to do a search warrant in a PO box.

Goes by many names on Kijiji but usually related to Dan, Daniel, Danny, Vic, Victor, Edery or MacGivalry which is his wifes maiden name.    He is still very much active during COVID (2020).

I am also a victim of Victor Daniel Edery.  I have started a fraud investigation with my local police.  I would like to get in touch with other people who have filed reports to coordinate action against him.  I grant permission for moderators to give my email address to others who have reported him.
