In criminal conspiracy with the defendants in a civil wage claim action filed by Longmont Colorado Homeowner, Craig D. Buckley, Broomfield ,CO attorney Daniel T. Goodwin swore simultaneously before both the Weld County District Court, and the Colorado Division of Labor that neither had jurisdiction over Buckley's wage claim, because the matter was before the other.

Legal analysts with whom Buckley has consulted agree that Goodwin's actions constitute Class 4 Felony Attempt to Influence a Public Servant. Buckley is presently seeking Daniel T. Goodwin's disbarment and incarceration.

Attorney Daniel T. Goodwin - The Law Offices of Daniel T. Goodwin Broomfield, CO Respond to Failed DMCA Takedown Attempt With Brute Force XML-RPC Attacks Against hartmannconspiracy.com.

Update February 20, 2018. An email notification dated February 18, 2018 at 9:50PM  from web host NearlyFreeSpeech.NET, indicated that Civil Rights Activist website, The Hartmann Conspiracy, had been subjected to “high-volume Brute Force XML-RPC attacks”. In attempt to gain control over hartmannconspiracy.com, attackers leveraged the system.multicall method to attempt to guess tens of thousands of passwords within their “high volume” HTTP requests.

This news came just three days after Daniel T. Goodwin, Founding Member of The Law Offices of Daniel T. Goodwin, Broomfield, CO, had attempted the takedown of The Hartmann Conspiracy under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for allegedly infringing on Daniel T. Goodwin's copyrighted image, hosted danieltgoodwin.com. Daniel T. Goodwin associate attorney Caroline R. Kert sought removal of images of Daniel T. Goodwin from this website, claiming that they were not subject to "fair use", as the site contained "defamatory content".  Kert's allegations fail, however: to be "defamatory" the statements on this website must be false.

Daniel T. Goodwin, of The Law Offices of Daniel T. Goodwin, 10901 W 120th Ave #350, Broomfield, CO 8002, in defense of a wage claim filed against (now defunct) Dream Stone, Inc., Longmont, CO, had committed Class 4 Felony Attempt to Influence a Public Servant, having sworn simultaneously before both the Weld County Colorado District Court, and the Colorado Division of Labor that neither had jurisdiction over a former employee's wage claim, because the matter was before the other. Inexplicably, Daniel T. Goodwin had been allowed to get away with commission of crime, while Longmont, CO homeowner, Craig Buckley has endured seven years of attack, wage garnishment, liens on his home, false arrests, and home invasions by law enforcement to conceal Goodwin's crime, and Weld County District Court Chief Judge James Hartmann's criminal complicity.

Daniel T. Goodwin has been referred to repeatedly on hartmannconspiracy.com as a "Felon", a "Criminal",and a "Psychopath". Buckley queries, "If the statements on my website are, in fact, false and defamatory, why not just sue?"

The Hartmann Conspiracy's legal advisor concurrs, stating,"if the content of the website was in actuality 'false', it is highly unlikely that Goodwin would refrain from filing a civil action. In my having observed his behavior through Court and administrative filings, I don't believe that is a viable option for him at this time".

Buckley remains steadfast in his mission to expose the criminal actors whom have made it their years-long mission to destroy his life, and conceal their crimes.

Update: Broomfield, CO - Attorney Daniel T. Goodwin - The Law Offices of Daniel T. Goodwin 10901 W 120th Ave #350, Broomfield, CO 80021

Alleged felon Daniel T. Goodwin, in criminal conspiracy with his clients (now defunct) Dream Stone, Inc. swore simultaneously before both the Weld County District Court, and the Colorado Division of Labor, that NEITHER had jurisdiction over longmont, CO homeowner/former Dream Stone employee Craig Buckley's wage claim because the matter was before the OTHER, constituting Class 4 Felony Attempt to Influence a Public Servant. Dream Stone, Inc. Vice President Ron Murphy confessed to the criminal activity in sworn Court testimony. Irrefutable evidence of Daniel Goodwin's criminal conduct appears HERE, as well as in numerous other postings at The Hartmann Conspiracy. Goodwin has since initiated a 7 year campaign of retaliation and attack on Buckley and his family, which includes multiple fraudulently obtained liens on Buckley's home, and wage garnishment.  

Daniel T. Goodwin, and more specifically  Attorney Caroline R. Kert Acts In Criminal Conspiracy With Daniel T. Goodwin, Of The Law Offices of Daniel T. Goodwin, has issued DMCA Takedown notices for alleged infringing content purported to have been found on seven web postings at hartmannconspiracy.com.

"Daniel T. Goodwin's attack on Longmont, CO homeowner, Craig Buckley's Civil Rights Activist website, hartmannconspiracy.com serves no purpose other than concealment of the numerous criminal acts he has committed over the past 7 years," The Hartmann Conspiracy's legal advisor stated. "Goodwin can attack "fair use" of his image on the website by complaining to Buckley's web host, but attacking what he has referred to as, "defamatory content" is another story entirely. Should he decide to do that in a Court of Law, we are confident that his career will be ended."

Notwithstanding, Craig Buckley, publisher of The Hartmann Conspiracy, intends to move web hosting offshore.
